55 teachers throughout Washington have received training and professional development in Core Plus KSAs. State funding is available to add more teachers to the initiative.

Teachers & Schools

CTE teachers have the opportunity to apply for funding to support implementing the Core Plus program.  State Core Plus funding helps with classroom and equipment costs, curriculum access and training, industry workshops, field trips, etc.   OSPI provides $450,000 a year to Core Plus classrooms.  Applications can be submitted through the iGrant system on the OSPI website here.
